Batch Operations, Monitoring, failure handling and solution providing SYSOUT, SYSLOG, Job LOG Analyzing skill. Requests, Incidents, Problems, ticket handling. Mainframe skills SDSF, JES, ISPF, TSO, IBM utilities. PS, PDS, GDG, VSAM files, Very good knowledge on JCL, FTP, SFTP concepts.
