Batch Operations, Monitoring, failure handling and solution providing SYSOUT, SYSLOG, Job LOG Analyzing skill. Requests, Incidents, Problems, ticket handling. Mainframe skills SDSF, JES, ISPF, TSO, IBM utilities. PS, PDS, GDG, VSAM files, Very good knowledge on JCL, FTP, SFTP concepts. Good communication skill Good-to-Have Banking domain experience added advantages Mainframe control-M products, BMC utilities Exposure on Mainframe platform activities like DR, IPL & other maintenance Show more Show less
