Job Description

  • Coordinating the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Tracking and managing contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Serving as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and providing guidance to stakeholders as needed.
Your profile
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in contracts management, legal administration, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software is advantageous.
