Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fixed Assets Processor to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting processes, with a strong background in SAP Fixed Assets module. ### Roles and Responsibility Process the acquisition, transfer, and disposal of fixed assets in SAP according to company policy. Ensure proper classification of assets/expenses in accordance with company policy. Maintain and update asset records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare periodic reconciliation between SAP fixed assets records and other subsystems' fixed asset records (Service Now). Identify opportunities for process improvements in fixed asset management and contribute to the development of best practices. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment on fixed asset processes and policies. ### Job Requirements Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team or on their own initiative. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn quickly, be proactive, and share knowledge. B.Com or M.Com / MBA (Finance). Sound understanding of basic accounting concepts. Good communication skill. Exposure to Power Point Presentations is an added advantage. Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
