Contract Technical Sourcer

As a Contract Technical Sourcer at Okta, your role will be crucial in uncovering and attracting talented individuals for key technical roles across the Engineering and Business Technology organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating creativity and engaging talent through various means - Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to identify desired profiles - Communicating effectively with sourced candidates and building relationships - Getting candidates excited about the opportunities at Okta - Identifying, attracting, and engaging niche technical talent in challenging labor markets - Utilizing multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques - Sourcing passive talent through referrals, networking, and internet searches - Staying updated on technology-driven sourcing tools and industry trends - Mentoring team members and sharing best practices - Understanding the importance of a candidate funnel and maximizing results - Building talent pipelines for immediate and future needs - Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices - Maintaining accurate documentation within the company's ATS - Conducting phone screens and zoom interviews - Screening applicants for availability, interest level, and compensation requirements - Attending and organizing recruiting events - Collaborating effectively and articulately Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant technical sourcing experience - Experience in fast-paced high-tech companies - Track record of meeting or exceeding defined metrics - Client interaction experience, including working with Engineering/Business Technology Managers and Directors Please note that this role is a contract position through Magnit and is not eligible for Okta-sponsored benefits.
