Role Overview

Sales Hunter

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our ICPs (startups, mid-size enterprises, and tech-driven firms in US/UK/EU).
• Own the sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → proposal → closure.
• Build partnerships and channel relationships to expand deal flow.
• Work closely with the founder and delivery team to align client needs with tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hunter mentality with 2–7 years in B2B sales, ideally in

  tech consulting / SaaS / data / AI services

  .
• Strong network and ability to open doors with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/AI, etc.).
• Experience in selling consulting services or SaaS subscriptions is a big plus.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven.

Compensation

• Commission on closed deals

  (generous % based on deal size).
• No cap on earnings – you win, we win.
