Role Overview We are looking for a driven Sales Hunter who thrives on chasing opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals end-to-end. This is a commission-based role (with potential to evolve into a retainer + commission structure later) – ideal for independent sales professionals or channel partners who want to monetize their network. What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our ICPs (startups, mid-size enterprises, and tech-driven firms in US/UK/EU). Own the sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → proposal → closure. Build partnerships and channel relationships to expand deal flow. Work closely with the founder and delivery team to align client needs with tailored solutions. What We’re Looking For Proven hunter mentality with 2–7 years in B2B sales, ideally in tech consulting / SaaS / data / AI services . Strong network and ability to open doors with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/AI, etc.). Experience in selling consulting services or SaaS subscriptions is a big plus. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven. Compensation Commission on closed deals (generous % based on deal size).
