Role Description

This is a Part-time, remote role for a Contract Recruiter (Freelance) at SBS. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely placement of candidates. Additionally, the recruiter will assist with onboarding and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Proficiency in coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with hiring managers
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and ensure timely placement of candidates
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and maintaining recruitment records
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the IT & NON IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
