As a Contract Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in managing data and supporting contract administration processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of contracts, work orders, and related documentation in databases and ERP systems. You will assist the Contracts team in creating, managing, and administering work orders, contractor databases, and contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with all obligations. Your role will involve data entry, accuracy maintenance, record-keeping, collaboration with project teams, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Data Management: Maintain accurate records of contracts, work orders, and related documentation in databases and ERP systems. - Contract Administration: Support the Contracts team in creating, managing, and administering work orders, contractor databases, and contractual documentation. - Compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations are met and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. - Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter and maintain data accurately to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accessible records of contracts, work orders, and related documents. - Collaboration: Support project teams in timely completion of contractual tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Required Skills: - Data Management: Strong skills in data management, including experience with databases, ERP/Data systems such as Salesforce, and record-keeping. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with stakeholders and project teams. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and maintain records. - Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring data integrity. - Knowledge of Contract Law and Regulations: Understanding of contract law and industry-specific regulations is beneficial. - Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems related to contract data and administration. Educational Background and Experience: - A bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Law (LLB) preferred but not mandatory. - 2-3 years of experience in data management, contract administration, or related roles. - Experience working with Salesforce Contract Module.,
