Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Continental Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all operations related to continental cuisine. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and create a diverse, high-quality continental menu.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and team management.
  • Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock, and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate with management for menu engineering, specials, and events.
  • Maintain recipes, SOPs, and portion control guidelines.
  • Handle kitchen scheduling, discipline, and staff performance.
  • Innovate new dishes and maintain food trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
