Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of Continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook a variety of Continental cuisine dishes (starters, mains, desserts, etc.). Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Assist in menu planning and creating new recipes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per standards. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure minimal wastage. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required. Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
