Chef (Trainer & Operations Support) – Creamery Hut Location: Delhi (50% in-office) + Outstation Travel (50%) About Creamery Hut: Creamery Hut is a fast-growing F&B brand specializing in ice creams, continental snacks, pasta, burgers, and live fruit popsicles. We are expanding through our franchise network and looking for a dedicated Chef to support our outlets and train newly appointed chefs. Roles & Responsibilities: Work 50% from Delhi office kitchen (R&D, menu trials, central preparation support). Travel 50% across different cities (primarily outside Delhi) to train franchise outlet chefs on Creamery Hut’s standard recipes and processes. Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand SOPs. Standardize recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistent taste across outlets. Provide hands-on training for cooking techniques, plating, and equipment handling. Support outlets during opening and initial operations. Share regular reports with management on training progress and outlet performance. Suggest menu improvements and assist in developing new items when required. Requirements: 2–4 years of chef experience (multi-cuisine preferred: Indian, Continental, Fast Food). Willingness to travel frequently outside Delhi. Strong communication and training skills.
