Continental Commi-1

Job Description:

The Continental Commi-1 is responsible for preparing and presenting continental dishes as per recipe standards. The role supports senior chefs in maintaining food quality, kitchen hygiene, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook continental dishes (pasta, grills, salads, sandwiches, sauces, sauté items).
• Assist in daily mise-en-place and ensure ingredients are ready before service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Follow standardized recipes and cooking methods.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Store and label food items properly using FIFO.
• Monitor freshness and quality of raw materials.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues.
• Maintain hygiene and safety as per FSSAI/HACCP standards.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Coordinate with CDP/Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
• Support kitchen team during rush hours and special events.
• Assist in receiving stock and performing daily inventory checks.
• Follow kitchen protocols, discipline, and instructions from seniors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
