Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, and online listings (Zomato, Google, etc.).
Create catchy taglines, product descriptions, and menu narratives that reflect the brand’s tone and style.
Develop compelling social media captions, campaigns, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Marketing & Branding:

Collaborate with the café’s marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns.
Write press releases, newsletters, and promotional material for special events and collaborations.
Ensure content consistency across all customer touchpoints (digital, print, in-store signage).

Research & Trendspotting:

Stay updated with café, food, and beverage trends.
Research keywords and audience preferences to optimize content strategy.

Community Engagement:

Craft copy that resonates Delhi NCR community.
Create stories or mini-campaigns featuring customers, staff, and events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably for cafés, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
Excellent command of English; Hindi writing skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of social media trends and SEO principles.
Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or social media management tools is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
