Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to join our team, with 6-10 years of experience in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to prepare high-quality dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to keep cuisine fresh and exciting.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on Continental cuisine.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
