Job Description

Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Continental dishes, ensuring they meet high-quality and presentation standards.
Menu Planning & Development: Contribute to menu planning, creating new dishes, and developing specials that align with culinary trends and customer preferences.
Ingredient Management: Select fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage inventory and stock levels to ensure consistent food quality.
Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and manage waste and resource utilization to control costs.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, sharing culinary expertise and ensuring adherence to recipes and standards.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, health standards, and proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor food consumption and presentation to ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
