Swan Foundation is expanding its in-house Creative Vertical — a fast-growing setup that functions like a creative agency, serving clients in the cosmetics and pharma industries, while building the Foundation’s own strong digital presence.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and multilingual Content Writer to join our growing creative team. If you have a strong command of language, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to write for multiple formats and platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

🔹 Role: Content Writer / Copywriter

Location: Work from Office (PMC Area)

Type: Full-time | 90-Day Probation | Potential Confirmation

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000/month (Based on experience & skillset)

🔥 What You Will Do

• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for social media, blogs, campaigns, scripts, ads, websites, and print materials.

• Create content strategies that help build brand identity and improve online reputation management (ORM).

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and social media teams for cohesive storytelling.

• Conduct research on industry topics (cosmetics, pharma, lifestyle, etc.) to produce high-quality, relevant content.

• Adapt writing style for different audiences, platforms, and tones of voice.

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity and ideation.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Excellent proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (must).

• Strong copywriting ability — captions, taglines, ad copies, scripts, storytelling & long-form writing.

• Ability to create all types of content: informative, marketing, creative, technical, and conversational.

• Understanding of brand communication, digital strategy, and ORM.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword usage, and online content formatting.

• Creative thinker with strong research skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
