Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As part of a service-based IT company, you will be responsible for creating engaging, clear, and accurate technical content that communicates our IT solutions and services to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and develop high-quality technical content,
• Service and solution descriptions (cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.)
• Blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and technical articles
• Website landing pages and product/service copy
• User guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles
• RFPs, proposals, and other business documents
• Collaborate with technical teams (engineers, developers, solution architects) to gather and verify technical information.
• Translate complex IT concepts into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and strategic goals.
• Research current industry trends, competitor services, and emerging technologies.
• Apply SEO best practices to all digital content.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect new features and service changes.

• Requirements2–5 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT service offerings such as:
• Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Cybersecurity
• DevOps and automation
• Managed IT services
• IT consulting and infrastructure solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Confluence, Jira, or similar.

• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Experience working with B2B IT companies or MSPs (Managed Service Providers).
• Understanding of ITIL, Agile, or other IT frameworks is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is an advantage.
