Job Description

.Role & responsibilities

  • Develop training content in PowerPoint presentations and eLearning modules.
  • Research, plan, and write engaging learning materials for multiple training topics.
  • Create website content, blogs, and articles to enhance brand presence.
  • Work on new platforms to post programs and market learning solutions.
  • Edit, proofread, and continuously improve website write-ups for better engagement.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to ensure alignment

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer / Instructional Designer (preferably in training, L&D, or eLearning industry).
  • Strong command over English writing with creativity and clarity.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO writing and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple projects.
