About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Executive – Creative Content Writer to join our content team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand stories, writing engaging content for diverse platforms, and collaborating closely with internal teams, Artist Managers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Write engaging, high-quality content for blog posts, social media, articles, scripts, and brand copy Craft compelling narratives for brands and artists, tailored to different platforms and audiences Explore and apply new techniques to convey key messages creatively and effectively Maintain consistent brand tone and voice across all content touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams, Artist Managers, and stakeholders to gather inputs and feedback Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and artist-specific messaging Adapt content for diverse audiences and content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Plan and manage content calendars , ensuring consistent and timely delivery Meet tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field 1–3 years of experience in content writing, preferably with a focus on branding, marketing, or entertainment Excellent command of English — both creative and copywriting styles Strong understanding of brand storytelling, digital content trends, and platform-specific content needs Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Experience working with brands, influencers, or artist management teams Understanding of SEO principles and social media analytics A portfolio showcasing diverse content styles and formats What We Offer: Opportunity to work with top-tier brands and talent Creative freedom and collaborative work culture Growth opportunities in content strategy, branding, and digital marketing Location: Kolkata, Tollygunge Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:30am to 7:30pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
