Role: Content Writer | Social Media Executive

Rishihood University is India first impact university, founded by a group of philanthropists, policymakers, social and spiritual leaders, entrepreneurs, and educators.

In a 25-acre fully residential campus in Delhi NCR, Rishihood has students from 27 different states and 4 countries within just 3 years. It gives interdisciplinary learning that includes a set of foundational courses, a choice of majors and minors, a bias towards hands-on learning, and holistic development that includes physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, initiative-taking & creative Content writer cum Social Media executive . You\u2019ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the content & creatives from the textual perspective and demonstrate your hustle in delivering on them objectively. You\u2019ll enable dynamic 1 to 10 growth for the Rishihood brand while engaging senior stakeholders in the process.

Creativity, originality & engaging ideas: Direct the creative vision to match Rishihood goals & brand identity.

Adaptability across content styles, moods and domains: Content across diverse sets of user perspectives.

Content Mandate: Craft compelling & persuasive textual content for diverse channels, from social media to marketing collaterals, and lead nurturing materials; with accuracy, clarity and professionalism.

Proficiency across channels: Content w.r.t. video scripts, social media posts, blog posts, thumbnails, etc.

SEO optimisation: Ability to optimise content w.r.t. Search Engine Optimisation.

Collaboration with Marketing: Blend content mandate into the broader branding, marketing & outreach.

An ideal candidate for a content writer would possess contextual and engaging writing skills, SEO understanding, excellent time management, a collaborative attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.

Requirements :

Professional Experience: 0-3 years of progressive experience in content creation across domains.

Proven Expertise: in creating text content with a creative bent of mind and eye for detail w.r.t. events.

Multimedia Proficiency & storytelling: Skilled in writing scripts, blogs & captions which convey a story.

Relevant Industry exposure: Some education sector sense, preferably in a startup.
