📅 Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM AEST

🌏 Location:Remote

💰 Budget: AUD 800 – AUD 1,100 (based on experience)

About the Role

At Marketing Transformers, we help businesses grow across Australia, NZ, the USA, and Canada through innovative digital marketing strategies. We’re looking for a Content Writer Manager who can not only craft exceptional content but also lead and uplift a team of content writers. If you’re a strong writer with a passion for mentoring, strategy, and client communication—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

✍️ Content Creation: Continue to write high-quality, SEO-optimized, and engaging content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.

✍️ Team Leadership: Manage a team of content writers—assign tasks, provide detailed feedback, and ensure all work meets our quality standards.

✍️ Skill Development:Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to help content writers improve their writing, research, and SEO skills.

✍️ Editing & Review:Review and refine content created by the team to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

✍️ Client Communication: Join Zoom calls with clients to understand content requirements, share updates, and implement feedback.

✍️ Research & Strategy: Stay updated on content trends, SEO practices, and competitor strategies to drive content innovation.

✍️ Content Planning: Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to plan monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience as a content writer, with at least 1–2 years in a team management role.

✅ Proven ability to manage a content team while still producing original, high-quality work.

✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across content formats and industries.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Experience in giving feedback, editing, and leading content workshops or training.

✅ Comfortable handling client communication and feedback via Zoom or email.

✅ Strong knowledge of SEO and digital content strategies.

✅ Highly organized with great attention to detail and deadlines.
