We’re looking for a passionate and creative E-commerce Writer who can craft compelling stories, engaging product listings, and persuasive content that reflects the magic of our brand across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit website content, including product descriptions, collection pages, landing pages, and brand stories.
• Create SEO-friendly and emotionally engaging copy that highlights our products’ uniqueness and aligns with our brand voice.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop content that complements visuals and enhances the overall website experience.
• Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and brand language across all pages.
• Update and refresh existing website content to keep it relevant, appealing, and search-optimized.
• Research keywords, trends, and competitors to ensure content ranks well and converts effectively.
• Support in creating short-form copy for banners, emailers, and promotional campaigns when needed.
• Ensure all written material reflects Little Surprise Box’s playful, premium, and parent-friendly personality.

Skills & Tools Required

• Excellent command of written English and storytelling ability.
• Experience writing for 1–3 years preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and marketplace guidelines.
• Familiarity with online research and data-driven content strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand tone.
