● Storytelling: Craft engaging stories and messages that resonate with employees and align with the company's culture and goals.

● Campaign Management: Plan and execute internal communication campaigns that drive engagement and promote key initiatives.

● Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with various departments to gather information, understand needs, and ensure alignment of messaging across the organization.

● Employee Engagement: Create content that fosters a sense of community, belonging, and engagement among employees.

● Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve internal communication strategies and content effectiveness.

● Brand Consistency: Ensure that all internal content reflects the company’s brand, values, and tone of voice.
