Job Description

UGC Scriptwriter

Responsibilities

Develop a high volume of engaging, on-brand
UGC scripts
(15-60 seconds) tailored specifically for
vertical video platforms
(Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Conduct continuous research on viral trends, popular audios, competitor content, and evolving platform formats to ensure scripts are timely and maximize performance.
Collaborate closely with the Creator Management team to adapt script concepts based on creator strengths, feedback, and demographic suitability.
Clearly articulate scene descriptions, on-screen text, and voiceover cues to ensure flawless execution by creators.
Analyze script performance data (hook rate, watch time) to refine future creative strategies and optimize conversion potential.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience (2+ year) in
short-form digital scriptwriting
and creative content development.
An exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to write
authentic, relatable UGC scripts
that have achieved high engagement.
Proficiency in
Hinglish and English
.
Deep understanding of the
UGC aesthetic
—knowing how to make content look organic and "unfiltered."
Ability to handle high-volume demands while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment.
