Content Writer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to develop high-quality, compelling, and informative content for the Travelay process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience writing for the U.S. market, with a good understanding of aviation, travel technology, and customer experience domains. You will be responsible for crafting B2B and B2C content that speaks clearly to industry professionals, business users, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, email campaigns, product documentation, marketing materials, and process documentation.
• Develop customer-centric and technically accurate content focused on air travel services, airport operations, automation processes, and personalized travel solutions.
• Translate complex processes and product details into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with process teams, marketing specialists, and product owners at Asituj and Travelay to ensure messaging consistency.
• Adapt content for various formats, including digital marketing, blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, and in-app guides.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, is grammatically correct, and optimized for clarity and impact.
• Understand and align content with U.S. business and cultural communication standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the air travel, aviation, or tech-driven customer experience domains.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market – style, tone, and audience expectations.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to grasp complex technical processes and explain them in a simplified manner.
• Familiarity with content tools such as WordPress, Grammarly, SEO basics, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of process documentation and automation solutions is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
