Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic

team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation for NGO, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and impactful content across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content that aligns with brand

voice, tone, and style guidelines.

• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and generate ideas for new content

pieces.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand

standards.

• Optimize content for SEO and incorporate keywords effectively.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital

marketing.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience as a content writer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a digital

marketing or agency environment or NGO.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to adapt writing style and tone based on the target audience and platform

requirements.

• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and

compelling content.

• Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research tools.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and generating innovative ideas
