Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Content Writing Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a strong interest in technical subjects, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a wide audience. As a Technical Content Writing Intern, you will support the creation of engaging and informative content for our clients across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and more. You will also contribute to content targeting B2B technology CXO customers and prospects from Fortune 1000 companies in the US market.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and write high-quality technical content for clients in various industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and developers, to understand client needs and support content strategies that align with their goals.
  • Translate technical information into clear, concise, and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure content remains relevant and informative.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Write well-researched content related to our solutions/services and industry trends, including but not limited to websites, microsites, email campaigns/newsletters, blog posts, thought leadership articles, CEO perspectives, customer success stories/case studies, infographics, video scripts, and press releases.
  • Assist in creating content assets that attract, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Interview subject matter experts to gain insights and help structure readable, high-impact content.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO to increase relevant website traffic.
  • Contribute to the company blog and help maintain high search engine rankings.
  • Follow an editorial calendar and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials.




Qualifications:


  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technical writing and content creation, ideally with exposure to technology or B2B domains.
  • Prior internships, freelance experience, or academic projects in writing, blogging, or digital content creation preferred.
  • Good research skills and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and interest in learning content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability, creative thinking, and a passion for storytelling in a business context.
