Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Content Ideation & Strategy

• Develop innovative content formats: 

  brand storytelling, podcasts, street interviews, workplace BTS, campaign narratives

  .
• Align ideas with drops, cultural moments, and brand voice.
• Build a quarterly 

  content roadmap

   with themes, formats, and execution plans.

2. Scriptwriting & Storytelling

• Write scripts for 

  short-form & long-form content

   (reels, YouTube shorts, podcasts, interviews).
• Develop engaging narratives for 

  brand story films, founder features, and behind-the-scenes content

  .
• Ensure all scripts carry 

  clear hooks, brand tone, and emotional connection

  .

3. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with creative head, videographers, designers, and social media managers to bring ideas alive.
• Coordinate with stylists and photographers to align visual + narrative direction.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure scripts align with campaigns and ad messaging.

4. Interactive Content Creation

• Ideate and direct 

  street-style vox pops, customer features, and creator collabs

  .
• Build engaging formats designed for high interaction (polls, “ask me anything”, trend-driven reels).
• Experiment with podcasts or long-form brand conversations.

5. Data-Driven Refinement

• Review performance metrics: engagement, watch-time, shares, saves.
• Adapt scripts and concepts based on insights from analysts & marketing team.
• Create “best practice playbooks” for future content formats.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years experience in 

  content strategy, copywriting, or creative direction

  .
• Proven ability to write 

  scripts and concepts that work across short-form & long-form content

  .
• Obsessed with 

  Gen-Z culture, podcast formats, reels, and interactive storytelling

  .
• Strong collaboration skills; can direct designers, editors, and talent.
• Bonus: Previous work in 

  fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands

  .
