Content Strategist

The Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping the content strategy for BotPenguin and other Relinns products. You will be part of a fast-paced environment that requires a dynamic professional with hands-on experience in content marketing within product companies, preferably in the SaaS space. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing content plans across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through strategic campaigns. Collaboration with teams will be essential to deliver impactful content aligned with business goals. Your expertise in SEO, analytics, and digital marketing principles will be key in this role. For this position, a Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, along with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in content marketing within a product company, especially a SaaS product. You should have hands-on experience in planning and executing content strategies and campaigns while maintaining the brand voice. Exceptional writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles are expected. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools is necessary to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. As a Content Strategist, you will lead the creation and execution of content strategies for BotPenguin and other Relinns products, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines. Directing the production of high-quality content across multiple channels, organizing and maintaining the content calendar, and optimizing content for SEO are some of the key responsibilities. Monitoring content performance using analytics tools, planning and executing content-driven marketing campaigns, and overseeing content distribution across various channels will be part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams and mentoring a team of content creators are also essential aspects of this position.
