Content Strategist

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist to work closely with our Social Media Manager in planning, organizing, and executing content across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in building engaging campaigns, maintaining a consistent posting calendar, and ensuring every post aligns with our brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Work with the design and copywriting teams to create engaging post ideas.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats relevant to each client.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across posts.
• Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Monitor engagement and suggest creative tweaks to improve performance.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback.
• Maintain an archive of published content for reference and reporting.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in social media content planning or digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic copywriting skills for captions and headlines.
• Understanding of reels/short-form video concepts.
• Experience of paid ads.
