Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Strategist to join our core team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founder to develop and execute our content strategy, with a strong focus on short-form video content (especially Instagram Reels).

This is a full-time, in-person position in Surat—perfect for someone who loves wellness, Ayurveda, and storytelling, and wants to be part of a fast-growing startup from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for engaging content.
• Ideate and write creative scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style).
• Assist with on-location video shoots and execution.
• Manage editing and posting of content across digital platforms.
• Track and analyze content performance and refine strategies.
• Ensure content aligns with Tatvanutra’s brand voice and values.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, and VN.
• Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and digital trends.
• Genuine interest in wellness, Ayurveda, and plant-based living.
• Must be based in Surat and available for in-person work.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Startup/brand-building experience is a plus.
