Key Responsibilities: Owning the content strategy for a client and managing the entire content creation process from ideation to publication. Ensuring content creation for different platforms and distribution across multiple platforms and channels. Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends Staying updated with the industry trends and algorithm changes affecting content and marketing directly or indirectly. Plan and execute monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Collaborate with design, SEO, and product teams for high-performing content Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not. Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion Identifying trends, content gaps and target audience preferences. Excellent planning and management skills to oversee multiple content campaigns. 2–5 years of experience in content marketing or social media strategy Hands-on experience with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. A strong portfolio or examples of past work Overseeing writing style and tone for all content Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, editing and written communication skills.
