Content Strategist

The role of Creative Content Strategist at Gemeria Hair in Greater Noida is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are highly creative, strategic, and trend-savvy. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for leading the ideation, creation, and execution of compelling content across various platforms to enhance the voice and presence of Gemeria Hair. Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing original, on-brand content for social media, campaigns, promotions, emailers, and ads. You will also develop content strategies tailored to different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Writing high-impact copy like captions, taglines, ad copy, and video scripts will be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should proactively research content trends, competitor campaigns, audience behavior, and emerging formats to stay ahead of the curve. Your ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table regularly, from content formats to campaign themes, will be highly valued. Additionally, you will be involved in planning, coordinating, and creatively directing product photoshoots and videos for product launches and marketing campaigns. Collaboration with marketing, design, and video teams is essential to bring content ideas to life while ensuring that all content produced aligns with the brand aesthetic and marketing goals. Managing content calendars, tracking key performance metrics across platforms, and using analytics tools to assess content performance will all be part of your responsibilities. Regularly reporting on content effectiveness, suggesting optimizations, and testing new formats or concepts based on data will help drive future creative strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital strategy, or creative roles. Strong creative thinking, exceptional storytelling skills, trend-spotting abilities, and familiarity with content performance metrics are essential. Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry, leadership skills in creative/content teams, and knowledge of performance marketing will be considered a bonus.
