● Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Office)

● Saturday: Work from Home (WFH)

● Sunday: Weekly Off

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Content Strategist with 1–3 years of experience to plan, create, and manage high-quality content across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, social media trends, and AI-powered tools, with the ability to drive engagement, audience growth, and innovation in digital content.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

● Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

● Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, competitors, and AI-driven content tools to inform strategy.

● Collaborate with designers, writers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.

● Optimize content for SEO, readability, engagement, and AI content guidelines.

● Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

● Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and objectives.

● Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.), and emerging content strategies.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

● Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and AI tools for content creation.

● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

● Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
