The ideal candidate is not just a doer but a thinker—someone who can come up with out-of-the-box ideas, execute them flawlessly, and optimize results using both creativity and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies across platforms.
• Create effective AI prompts to generate engaging and creative content tailored to diverse client needs.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance marketing) to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools.
• Handle multiple clients with efficiency, ensuring high-quality delivery and time management.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to ideate disruptive campaign ideas.
• Proven skills in social media management, ad campaign setup, and optimization.
• Experience in crafting and refining AI-driven content prompts.
• Excellent execution and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Agency experience is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or advertising.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
