The ideal candidate should be confident in using Meta Ads Manager for boosting posts and familiar with AI tools to enhance content ideation, captions, and reporting. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Develop and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest & YouTube Shorts Write platform-relevant captions, hooks, and CTAs Track viral trends , reels, memes, and implement timely formats Collaborate with designers and editors for creatives, reels, carousels, and static posts Use AI tools for caption generation, planning, and post inspiration Plan and execute paid promotions using Meta Ads Manager Set up audience targeting, budgets, and objectives for boosted posts Monitor community engagement (DMs, comments, replies) Analyze performance and compile monthly reports 💻 Tools & Tech Skills Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio Meta Ads Manager (must know how to boost posts & run basic campaigns) Social schedulers like Buffer, Later, and Hootsuite Platform analytics : Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics AI tools (preferred): ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Adobe Express, LatelyAI Bonus: Prompt writing experience for AI-generated content ✅ Requirements 1–3 years of experience in managing social media for a brand/agency Strong command over Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X Familiarity with paid promotions and ad management on Meta Creative writing skills and content planning experience Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Must be based in Mumbai and able to work on-site 6 days a week ✍️ Excellent creativity, communication, and copywriting skills. 💡 Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus! ⚡ Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
