The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and writing web content, and overseeing content development. Day-to-day tasks include planning, managing, and executing content strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives, along with collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive content messaging. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who knows how to make social media accounts grow, engage, and convert . If you’re obsessed with building content that clicks, tracking performance, and scaling brand presence across Instagram and LinkedIn — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn. Create engaging SMM content (posts, reels, carousels, blogs, captions) that builds followers and boosts engagement. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals. Track, monitor, and analyze Instagram & LinkedIn performance metrics (reach, impressions, followers, engagement, CTR). Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement rates . Work with design and video teams to deliver visually appealing, high-performing content. Stay updated on social trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities. Provide performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations. Requirements Proven experience as a Content Strategist / Social Media Strategist . Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn growth strategies . Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent content writing and storytelling skills. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to growth. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B & B2C content building . Hands-on experience in running SMM campaigns . Understanding of SEO-friendly content . Basic design/video editing knowledge is a plus.
