Job Description

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will gain insights into the brand's vision, tone, and target audience needs to ensure strategic planning. You will oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms such as blogs, websites, social media, print, and video. It will be crucial to maintain consistency with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines throughout the content creation process. Establishing and upholding content style guides, editorial standards, and best practices will be part of your role in ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, creating visual moodboards to guide tone, storytelling direction, and visual identity across content will be essential. Conducting audience and competitor research to understand behaviors, preferences, and content consumption patterns is a key aspect of your responsibilities. By translating these insights into compelling content ideas, you will create content that resonates emotionally and aesthetically with the audience. You will be tasked with building and managing an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content across digital and offline channels. Collaboration with design, marketing, and product teams will be necessary to ensure timely execution of content. Monitoring content engagement metrics and campaign performance using reporting tools will allow you to refine strategies based on insights while maintaining creativity and brand vision. Staying updated with industry trends, design inspiration, and content innovations will be crucial, and updating moodboards and concept decks to reflect evolving trends and audience expectations. Managing budgets related to content production, design, and promotional distribution while effectively allocating resources across internal teams and external creatives will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, presenting content strategies and campaign concepts to leadership and marketing teams, as well as guiding and mentoring content contributors, will be essential to ensure alignment with tone, storytelling, and quality standards.
