Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist & Client Servicing professional based in Kochi. The role involves developing and managing content strategies, creating engaging and impactful content, and handling web content writing tasks. The professional will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management
• Experience in Content Development and Web Content Writing
• Excellent Writing skills, particularly in creating engaging and impactful content
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
