Ltd. is a fast-growing Stock Market Education provider delivering impactful live webinars, online courses, and training programs. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a proven expert who can take charge of our YouTube and social media strategy to drive organic growth, brand visibility, and lead generation. Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute YouTube growth strategy (SEO, playlists, thumbnails, engagement). Manage content strategy & publishing across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Build brand visibility with strong Google SEO presence for company & founder. Oversee content creation team (video editors, designers, posting staff) to maintain brand quality. Create & manage content calendar aligned with launches, webinars & campaigns. Track analytics, prepare performance reports & recommend improvements. Work closely with sales & marketing to convert social media engagement into leads & enrollments. Skills & Experience Required 2–4 years’ experience in Content Management, YouTube Channel Growth & Social Media Strategy. Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, Google SEO, and digital branding. Prior experience in EdTech, Coaching, Influencer, or Educational Brands preferred. Strong sense of content quality, thumbnails, storytelling & aesthetics. Ability to lead creative teams & also work hands-on when required. Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook (organic + paid campaigns). Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
