As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our content operations to support educators worldwide.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in proofreading to ensure all content is clear, error-free, and of high quality. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in LaTeX for preparing and editing technical documents. (Mandatory skill)
• Exceptional attention to detail to meticulously manage content updates and revisions. (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts for accurate content creation in educational materials.
• Excellent command of English grammar to maintain standardization across content.
• Efficient data entry skills for maintaining updated and accurate records of content resources.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage content operations including preparation, editing, and distribution of educational material across platforms.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in content by conducting thorough proofreading and quality checks.
• Utilize LaTeX for creating and editing technical documents in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Continuously update and maintain content databases ensuring the latest and most reliable resources are available.
• Coordinate with educators and content creators to gather feedback and implement necessary content improvements.
• Work closely with the content development team to ensure seamless integration of new content on EdisonOS.
• Identify and resolve content-related issues, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.
• Prepare reports on content performance and make data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
