As a part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying pertinent articles, collaborating with the editorial team, and optimizing content based on data insights and user behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Curate and select articles independently for various sections on TOI. - Enhance the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for TOI content through strategic selection and placement. - Provide valuable inputs to the editorial team and offer constructive feedback to elevate content quality. - Utilize data and user behavior analysis to enhance content performance and CTR. Skills, Experience & Expertise: - Demonstrated experience in content management focusing on optimizing CTR strategies. - Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance CTR. - Strong grasp of audience engagement techniques and user behavior. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and impactful content. - Effective multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. - Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align content strategies with business objectives. Eligibility: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content management or a related role, with hands-on experience in CTR management. - Graduate degree is a must. - Strong communication and content creation skills. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required. - Prior experience in improving CTR performance for digital platforms is advantageous. The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to content management. Location: Noida Required Experience: 2-3 years,
