Content-Led Growth Specialist

This is a remote, part-time or full-time position for a growth marketer with a strong content background and proven experience in B2B content, organic growth, and inbound marketing for agencies.

If you have worked in a communication or digital agency, can showcase measurable growth results, and are passionate about blending content expertise with AI-powered tools and data-driven strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused content for landing pages.

• Coordinate editorial activities for blogs.

• Design, write, and optimize blogs and newsletters to drive engagement and conversions.

• Develop engaging content for social media and LinkedIn.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to scale and optimize content creation.

• Analyze reports and continuously propose new growth-oriented ideas.

🧩 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience (communication, digital, or consulting).

• Proven track record in B2B organic growth and inbound marketing for agencies or consultancy firms.

• Strong experience with content marketing across multiple channels (landing pages, social, LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters).

• 100% AI-powered mindset.

• Data-driven approach, with the ability to read reports and translate insights into strategies.

• Hands-on attitude, with the ability and willingness to contribute your own expertise and execution on key tasks when needed.

• Ability to delegate tasks to supporting roles (copywriters, prompt engineers, editors) to accelerate workflow.
