Content Lead

As a Content Lead in the health-tech and diagnostics industry based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in driving content planning, creation, and distribution across various digital channels. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with business goals, overseeing the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content, leading content calendar management, audits, and performance tracking, as well as distributing content across blogs, social media, email, and paid channels. Additionally, you will be analyzing content metrics to optimize reach and engagement, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, and mentoring and leading a content team. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5-8 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, a strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and storytelling, excellent writing and editing skills, and a collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally. Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector would be a plus.
