Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, English Literature, or a related discipline
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English with strong comprehension skills
• Proven ability to analyze media messaging and assess audience impact objectively
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and critical reading abilities
• Demonstrated experience applying structured evaluation or labeling frameworks
• Ability to remain neutral and unbiased when reviewing diverse or sensitive content
• Comfort working on-site in Delhi within a collaborative research environment
• (Preferred) Prior experience in editorial, content moderation, or media evaluation roles
• (Preferred) Familiarity with research methodologies or content analysis tools
• (Preferred) Interest in the intersection of AI, media, and digital communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated written content for clarity, coherence, tone, and guideline adherence
• Run scripted and exploratory prompts to assess AI model responses across varied subject areas
• Apply structured labeling frameworks with consistency, precision, and impartial judgment
• Document patterns, trends, and detailed observations to support ongoing research efforts
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive or complex material
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency and alignment across evaluator teams
• Contribute proactively to team discussions and continuous process improvements
