Job Description

We’re hiring experienced editors with a journalistic mindset to review, revise and ensure the accuracy and SEO optimization of all articles in our growing content library. This is a high-output environment where clarity, quality and speed all matter.

Responsibilities

Edit multiple articles daily to ensure journalistic and SEO quality
Verify accuracy and originality of all content (plagiarism, fabrication, AI content)
Enforce brand and editorial guidelines, including SEO meta tags and structure
Provide timely, constructive feedback to writers and designers
Collaborate with content coordinators and project managers to prioritize deadlines
Oversee editorial queue and support article packaging when needed

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of editing experience, preferably in digital journalism
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Strong understanding of workplace and career content
Experience managing freelancers and junior writers is a plus
Fluency in English; meticulous attention to detail

KPIs

Edited article volume per day/week
Revisions required per article (target: <0.5 rounds between client and vendor, i.e. less than half of all articles should need a second round of edits)
Writer satisfaction and clarity scores (via feedback surveys)
On-time completion rate
SEO compliance (e.g., all required metadata present)
