Content Distribution Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who can own and lead the distribution strategy and distribution of our content - podcasts, solo YouTube videos, social media, etc., and make sure it reaches the right audience in the most impactful way.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure our content reaches the right audiences, drives engagement, and builds long-term visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content distribution strategy for podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms.
• Identify the right platforms, formats, and channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, video, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Build and manage relationships with external creators, distribution partners, and collaborators.
• Explore new and innovative ideas for distributing content, including cross-promotions, partnerships, and digital collaborations.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize distribution based on data and insights.
• Take full ownership of execution — ensuring deadlines are met, collaborations are effective, and outcomes are achieved.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and distribution innovations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in content distribution, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, podcast distribution, and YouTube growth strategies.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns — from strategy to delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive tasks, and deliver results.
• Creative, resourceful, and always looking for new ways to innovate in content marketing.
