TIKDI is a collaborative creative team building ideas that stick. We ride social trends, craft memes for brands, plan content strategy, produce cinematic videos, corporate films, digital ads, audio trends, 2D/3D explainers, music videos, and more. With a small, fast team, you won’t just observe – you’ll brainstorm, create, and execute ideas that reach real audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate,

  feature in front of the camera

  , and take complete ownership of short-form/long-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.)
• Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate the production of social-first videos with support from our internal creative team
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers for smooth execution (all technical assistance will be provided by our in-house artists)
• Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and memes and adapt them for Tikdi’s brand content
• Write captions, brainstorm content ideas, and maintain a consistent social media calendar
• Be flexible to contribute to client work, campaign brainstorms, and content ideation
• Track content performance and experiment with creative ways to improve engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Student or graduate in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Media, or any creative field
• Based in Pune (preferably near Viman Nagar) and available for a full-time in-office role
• Comfortable

  appearing on camera and presenting content in an engaging, confident manner

• Passion for social media, trends, reels/shorts, and digital storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, ChatGPT, Google Docs, Sheets, and scheduling platforms

  is an advantage

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a small, fast-paced creative team
• Any prior work in social media content creation, vlogging, or hosting is a plus
