We ride social trends, craft memes for brands, plan content strategy, produce cinematic videos, corporate films, digital ads, audio trends, 2D/3D explainers, music videos, and more. With a small, fast team, you wont just observe - youll brainstorm, execute, and help us grow.

What Youll Do

• Research and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls
• Draft clear emails and proposals, and assist with pitches
• Maintain our lead pipeline in CRM tools/spreadsheets
• Join team brainstorms and contribute campaign ideas
• Propose creative ideas for TIKDIs LinkedIn and Instagram
• Support day-to-day activities that drive a creative agency forward

What Were Looking For

• Student or graduate in BBA, MBA, PGDM, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field
• Based in or able to work daily from Viman Nagar, Pune (in-office role)
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with ChatGPT, Canva, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, CRM tools, and email writing
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a small-team environment
• Any creative work experience, interest, or hobby is an added advantage
