Content Creator – Video & Social Media (Food Industry)

📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore | Full-time, On-site

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a creative, hands-on content creator who can bring the story of Crave alive through video-first storytelling. From behind-the-scenes in our production unit to conversations with our founders, you’ll create engaging, natural, and visually stunning videos that connect with our audience across Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a video content strategy aligned with brand goals.

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit daily short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories).

• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, day-to-day activities, product stories, and founder features.

• Ensure content is trendy, authentic, and engaging while staying true to the brand voice.

• Post and schedule content across platforms; track engagement and learn from analytics.

• Work closely with founders and marketing team to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation for food, F&B, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong skills in videography, editing, and storytelling.

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva.

• Knowledge of AI editing tools will be given preference.

• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media trends.

• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver consistently.

• Portfolio of food or lifestyle video content is a must.
